Hello Spring! This last weekend had truly fabulous weather here in Charleston, SC. Friday was a perfect day for Amber and Josh to get married. They were married at St Mary’s Church with a reception at the William Aiken House www.patpropllc.com. The event was planned beautifully by Lizz at Southern Protocol www.southernprotocol.com. With the lanterns hanging from the trees, and the awesome William Aiken for a backdrop I was a happy photographer! Amber could not have looked any more pretty- thanks in part to the amazing Pamela Lesch www.makeupartistcharleston.com. Instead of one large cake, they had three really sweet little ones done by Wildflour Pastry www.wildflourpastrycharleston.com. The Holy City Hooligans played into the night for the guests and had everyone outside on the streets stopping for a peek through the Gates to see. Congrats to Amber and Josh!

Amber and Josh are getting married- and when I say that, I mean today! Amber and Josh planned their wedding from out of town and wanted to know if we could do their engagement session a couple of days before the wedding. I thought it would be perfect timing. They had their puppy Bruno with them and he was so cute he had to be in a few photos! The wedding is today and the weather is gorgeous here. I can’t wait to see Amber and Josh get Married!
What better way to celebrate Valentine’s day than to show a really sweet Engagement Session from over the weekend. Christina and Eddie are going to be married next Month and I am so excited to photograph their wedding! The weather here in Charleston is just gorgeous and we took full advantage of it on this session. We walked all around downtown and enjoyed the fresh air- almost Spring- Yay! Here are a few from the session:
Last night at Maddison Row I had the chance to meet and photograph Jorge Manuel www.JorgeManuel.com. He is here in town with his stunning wedding dresses. Jorge has a background in architecture and it is obvious when you look at his dresses that it is a major influence in his design. The dresses are impeccable and have the most beautiful lines and embellishments I have ever seen. With a slight vintage flair (love love!!) these are just so pretty and unique! Della at theweddingrow.com asked me to come and photograph the preview party and here are a few images that I took last night.
