This past week, my two sisters and I took all our families on vacation. We live far away from each other, so the cousins do not often get a chance to hang out all together. Here are some pictures I took this last week during our vacation.

Today I met Caycee, Todd, and Carson at Folly Beach to take some family pictures. I first photographed Caycee while she was pregnant with Carson, so it has been fun watching him grow. We had a great time today at the beach chasing Carson around and enjoying this beautiful weather!

This last friday, Pet Helpers had it’s annual fundraiser gala. This year’s theme was “Fur Bollywood”– a fun and colorful night planned by Katie Mehle. Memminger auditorium was transformed into a Bollywood fantasy. This is my third year photographing the Fur Ball, and I look forward to it every year. Tom Crawford and Victoria Hansen from Channel 4 emcee the event. If you are looking to adopt, please go visit their new shelter on Folly Road. www.pethelpers.org

This afternoon I met Amanda and Josh at Magnolia Place Plantation here in Charleston to do their engagement portraits. Magnolia Place is so beautiful, I could spend a whole day just walking around it. Josh proposed to Amanda here and we took some pictures in that very spot. They brought their dog Marley along for a few pictures and she was so sweet. Congratulations Amanda and Josh!

Last week, we went to watch Friday’s Parade at the Citadel. My husband and his father both went to the Citadel, so it is extra special when we can all go together, like we did for this one. Here are some of the images I captured at the Parade.
