Yesterday at 5:30pm, Katherine and Daniel were married at St. Michael’s Church. The wedding dress and the bridesmaid dresses were all done by www.lulakate.com. They were gorgeous! I loved the color, it looked great on everyone. The reception was held just a short walk down the street to Ropemaker’s Lane. There was a spectacular view of the St. Michael’s Steeple. The bride and groom had a rose pedal send off to end the wonderful evening. Cheers to Katie and Daniel!

Today I had a portrait session with Jack, Charlie and Lola. How cute are these kids?!! These were shot right in their backyard, they had a really pretty ivy-coated arbor that was perfect for portraits.

Today at 1:30 pm Maegan and Cory were married at the Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina. I am so glad the rain held off! It was hot, but beautiful! The bride and groom rode off into the Harbor and it was one of my favorite exits I have seen! Cheers to Maegan and Cory!

My friend Mallory called me and said he wanted to surprise his wife with a mother’s day present of portraits on the beach with the family. I loved the idea. We were supposed to do the shoot on Sunday, but the weather was not working with us! We ended up doing these on Monday morning and I am glad we waited, the weather was perfect. My favorites were of the candids of the boys playing around, it was so good to see my friends. Happy Mother’s Day Millan!

Last night at 5:00 Michelle and Tarek were married at Magnolia Plantation in a beautiful Greek Orthodox ceremony. This was my first Greek Orthodox Wedding, I loved seeing all the customs and traditions. The reception was held in the Conservatory. Michelle’s friend Amanda did an amazing job on all the decor at the reception. It was a little warm here in Charleston yesterday, but Michelle and Tarek and all their families were troopers! Cheers to Michelle and Tarek!

Bill also went to the Citadel with my husband. The Bill Nixon Law Firm office is located at One Cool Blow downtown. The building is really modern and I knew it had to be a part of his picture. Here are a few from today.

Last night at 6:00 Emory and Trey were married at First Baptist Church in Charleston. After the ceremony the couple took a carriage ride down to the battery where they posed for a few photographs with the bridal party. A reception followed at the Citadel. The Bride and Groom were so incredibly sweet and fun to work with. Cheers to Emory and Trey!
