Farewell 2008, what a busy and fun year it has been. Today the kids and I threw a little New Year’s Eve party complete with noise makers and hats. I took some close up shots of the kids and our dogs Jack and Otis.

Katherine and Joe are being married this weekend in Jamaica. Last week I photographed her for her Bridal Portrait. For the first part of the sitting, I photographed her in the studio, and for the second half we were downtown near Tradd Street. She makes a stunning bride. Congratulations to Joe and Katherine!

It was wonderful to spend Christmas this year up in Connecticut with the entire family.  My children loved playing with all their cousins, especially in the snow!

One of my favorite things to do is photograph children at their own home.  They are usually more relaxed and I love capturing them at play.  Here are some from a session yesterday.  We had a ball throwing around leaves and enjoying the beautiful weather!

Today I shot on-location at Angel Oak. This is the oldest tree east of the Mississippi. It is magnificent. Here are a few from today.
